About the event
As part of its ongoing efforts toward community-wide preparedness, the City of Malibu is offering the next round of the highly popular Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training.
The free series of six classes will be held on Tuesday evenings starting on September 16 through October 21 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Malibu Library, 23519 West Civic Center Way, with the CERT Final Class/Drill on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Malibu City Hall, 23825 Stuart Ranch Road.
NOTE: Only one class can be missed!
Learn how you to get your family, business, school or organization better prepared for wildfires and other disasters. CERT offers training in basic first aid, search and rescue, use of fire extinguisher, disaster psychology and more.
